2 December 2020 - Webb Financial

According to realestate.com.au, house prices on average have grown in Wollongong from $475,000 in Jan 2011 to $872,500 in Dec 2019.

$475,000 in 2011 would now be worth approximately $1,271,813, according to Vanguard.
