  • We do not charge for day to day out of pocket disbursements such as printing, postage, photocopying etc.

Rental property schedule

  • Complex and/or large volume of work related deductions
  • Capital gains calculations

Two to three rental property schedules

  • Detailed capital gains tax schedule and or multiple capital gains tax events
  • Small home based business (non GST registered) with records in good order

Four or five rental property schedules

  • Detailed capital gains tax schedule and or multiple capital gains tax events with incomplete information
  • Small home based business (non GST registered), compiled from source documents
