Traditionally, accountants have sold time and billed by the hour. We don’t like this approach as we believe it rewards inefficiency, and discourages communication. We want our clients to pick up the phone and call us when they have an issue, and not be concerned they will receive a bill in the mail shortly afterwards.

Our approach toward fees for business clients focuses on delivering outcomes, not how long these outcome take to deliver.

In our experience, most businesses accounting and taxation system operate in a similar fashion and the volume of our work is driven by a number of key variables. We have developed our own unique pricing structure which applies these key variables and allows us to provide a clear and accurate quote for the year ahead. We then take this overall annual value and divide it into twelve equal monthly instalments.

This system ensures clear transparency over what you are paying, bite sized chunks which are cashflow friendly and, most importantly, no nasty surprises. We are yet to meet to a business owner who prefers the old approach over ours.
