Gouri Thejas Suresh, originally from India, has always had a passion for numbers and problem-solving. Her journey to Australia reflects her determination and commitment to learning. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Gouri moved to Australia in 2022 to pursue a double master’s in Professional Accounting and Business Analytics at the University of Wollongong, graduating in August 2024.
In June 2024, Gouri joined Webb Financial as a part-time employee and transitioned to a full-time role in July 2024 after completing her studies. She is currently a provisional member of CA ANZ and is working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. Known for her strong work ethic and supportive nature make her a valuable team player, always eager to contribute to shared goals.
On a personal note, Gouri recently got married and is excited to start this new chapter of life with her husband—though she’s pretty sure she’ll still be the one planning the adventures! When she’s not working, you’ll find her dancing like nobody’s watching (even if someone is), or hitting the gym—because, let’s face it, she’s always ready for the next challenge, whether it’s lifting weights or trying to master a new dance move. Life’s a fun mix of numbers, squats, and spontaneous dance-offs!
